Refund Policy

Synergize Growth is committed to customer satisfaction. We offer the following refund terms:

14-Day Pro-Rated Refund Period:

- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of enrollment

- Refunds are calculated based on content accessed/sessions attended

- Formula: (Total paid) - (Content accessed %) - (Processing fees)

Eligibility:

- Must not have completed more than 25% of program content

- Must not have attended more than 2 live coaching sessions

- Must provide written request via email to admin@synergizegrowth.com

Processing Timeline:

- Refund requests reviewed within 3-5 business days

- Approved refunds processed within 7-10 business days

- Refunds issued to original payment method Non-Refundable After:

- 14 days from enrollment date

- After completing 25% of program materials

- After attending 3 or more coaching sessions
